The Red Crab @ Resorts World Manila

Three days from now is already my daughter's christening, so Daddy invited us to have dinner at my daughter's reception venue which is in "The Red Crab", Resorts World Manila. Actually I don't have any idea on the taste of their food, all i know is that Crab's are their main specialty. I'm really impressed by the classy look of the restaurant and for sure the guests will like it's ambiance.

Upon entering we we're welcomed and assisted by Al, our contact person for the event. We talked about how the tables will be arranged, location of the buffet, table cloth to be used, etc. We we're making sure that everything will turned out as planned, because most of  hubby and daddy's guests are businessman's with high lifestyles and standards. After agreeing on the events details we then ordered our buffet menu which consists of the best seller "Crab Maritess". We also ordered their Suam na Mais and Crispy Bistek ala Tapa (Php 335.00).

This is where the buffet table will be placed
The Red Crab's cute crab plate
every guest will have a crab shell cracker and apron
our complimentary iced tea
The best seller "Crab Maritess" (Php 1,400)
crabs cooked in olive oil, wine and lots of garlic
"so tasty and yummy, the garlic is not that strong,
it was cooked just right without the classic fried bitter taste.
The olive oil and  pinch of wine really enhances the crabs flavor.
The Crabs are really meaty too."
Kimi's "Suam na Mais" (Php 99.00)
corn soup with chicken meat
My dirty oily hands and plate
one of the crabs meaty claw ...yummy
Now i can say that we made the right decision in choosing The Red Crab.
So to all our guests, get ready to have a crabby, messy and oily lunch with us on Sunday...see you there..

Note: to those with high cholesterol bring your own lipitor...hehehe
